What the G2 is
The AgiBot G2 (Chinese name 智元精灵 G2) is what AgiBot calls an “industrial-grade interactive embodied operation robot” — a full humanoid upper body (a 3-DoF neck, two 7-DoF arms, a waist) mounted on a four-steerable-wheel base rather than on legs.
AgiBot launched the G2 and started production on the same day, 16 October 2025, at an event in Ningbo held jointly with PIA Automation (均普智能), per the company’s own Chinese product page.

Specs with no public source: AgiBot describes assembly accuracy as “sub-millimeter” / “亚毫米级” but has never published a repeatability figure, so that field is left blank. Also unpublished: operating temperature range, noise level, total chassis carrying capacity, service life / MTBF, and price — worldwide as well as in Thailand. We leave all of these out rather than estimate, and we do not import numbers from reseller listings.

Longcheer Technology, Nanchang factory — AgiBot’s press release of 29 June 2026 reports the results of six consecutive days of livestreaming from a live tablet mass-production quality-inspection section: more than 64 hours of operation, 64,828 production-line tasks, more than 4 production workflows, a 99.99% task success rate and cumulative line output of 17,625. AgiBot stresses this was a running production line with moving materials, human operators and surrounding equipment, not a lab demonstration.
The 15,000th unit — the release of 28 June 2026 states that the 15,000th robot to come off AgiBot’s production line is a G2, and that the late-June factory livestream featured the G2 across roughly 100 cumulative hours.
Station-level figures from Longcheer — The Robot Report (16 April 2026) reports throughput of up to 310 units per hour, a cycle time of roughly 19–20 seconds, line integration completed within 36 hours, and more than 140 hours of cumulative continuous operation with downtime loss below 4%. That set of numbers comes from press coverage, not from an AgiBot release, so it is attributed separately.
First commercial work — AgiBot’s Chinese product page states that the G2’s first commercial deployment was on Joyson Electronics’ (均胜电子) seatbelt buckle lock-core production line, and that the launch event demonstrated four scenarios: automotive-parts work, inserting a RAM module using on-robot reinforcement learning (the company says it took an hour to learn), parcel feeding in logistics, and commercial guided tours.
Price and the Thai channel
No public price, in Thailand or anywhere else. AgiBot publishes no price for the G2 on its product page, in its press releases or in its store; the G2 page routes to a sales contact form. This page therefore leaves the price field empty and converts nothing from any currency.
The Thai channel exists. AgiBot held APC 2026 Thailand in Bangkok on 25 June 2026 with local strategic partner VST ECS (Thailand), opened a Thai partner recruitment programme, and said its “AgiRaaS” robot-as-a-service model is available in Thailand through flexible leasing. No rate has been published.
Who should skip this one
- Plants with steps, high thresholds or split floor levels. The G2 has no walking legs; it rides on wheels. AgiBot claims compatibility with “over 95%” of factory floors but does not state the obstacle height it can clear.
- Heavy lifting. The rated load is 5 kg per arm. For anything heavier, or for palletising, AgiBot points to the G2 Max — which has no public spec table yet.
- Wet or wash-down environments. IP42 means protection against solid objects over 1 mm and vertically dripping water only; the arms are IP50. This is not built for wet food lines or wash bays.
- Narrow aisles and weight-limited floors. At 185 kg on a 640 × 760 mm base, aisle widths, lifts and raised floors need checking first.
- Lines that cannot pause, without room for a dock. Runtime is about 4 hours per cycle. Round-the-clock operation depends on battery swapping or a charging dock, and that floor space has to be planned in.
- Anyone who needs to fix a budget first. With no public price at all, there is no way to budget in advance — you have to go through a quote process.

How much does the AgiBot G2 cost in Thailand? +
As of 6 August 2026 there is no published Thai price. AgiBot states no price for the G2 on its own product page, in its press releases, or in its online store. The Thai channel — VST ECS (Thailand), announced as AgiBot's local strategic partner on 25 June 2026 — has published neither a purchase price nor a rental rate. Pricing is quote-only. Figures that appear on reseller and marketplace listings do not come from the manufacturer, so this page leaves the price field empty.
Is the G2 a bipedal robot? +
No. The G2 has a humanoid upper body — head, dual arms, waist — on a four-steerable-wheel base. AgiBot's own spec table breaks the joints down as 5 waist-and-leg DoF plus 4 chassis DoF, with the legs folding and lifting to change height rather than walking. Total height is therefore adjustable from 1,225 mm to 1,795 mm, and the robot travels on wheels at 1.5 m/s with omnidirectional movement, crab walk and in-place rotation.

What compute does the G2 run? +
An NVIDIA Jetson Thor T5000. The official spec table lists 'NVIDIA Jetson T5000 2070 TFLOPS (FP4)', and AgiBot's announcement of 25 August 2025 states that the G2 is the first mass-produced robot to use the Jetson Thor platform, with roughly 7.5x the AI compute and 3.1x the CPU performance of the previous generation. These are the manufacturer's own figures; no independent benchmark has been published.
