Are install + training included?
Every tier includes on-site install, 2–4 staff training, and full Year-1 warranty in the outright price. Maintenance Agreement (MA) for Year 2+ is optional.
Outright purchase or leasing?
We sell outright only no rental or leasing. Reason: 3-year TCO of an outright purchase is ~30% lower than leasing once a facility is committed long-term. Our ROI calc assumes purchase.
Does it work on epoxy / concrete / tile / vinyl?
Yes for all hard floors that are flat to ±5 mm in 3 m, with no edges higher than 20 mm. Carpets are model-specific (AgiBot C5 supports low-pile carpet; Pudu and Gausium do not).
What is the post-sale support?
Year-1 warranty covers parts + labor with 48-hour service in Thailand for primary use. After warranty, optional Maintenance Agreement (MA) at ฿80K–฿150K/year by model.
