The Cruzr Y1 is not the older Cruzr

The UBTech Cruzr in this catalog is a service robot that greets and informs people in airports and malls. The Cruzr Y1, unveiled on June 25, 2026 at the OPPO Technology Launch and Supply Chain Expo, is a different product line — UBTech classes it as an industrial humanoid for lifting and sorting work in factories, not for customer-facing duty.

Specs confirmed by the launch coverage

  • 360° omnidirectional wheels with a vertical lifting module for adjustable working height
  • Dual arms built on integrated harmonic joint modules with torque sensors for controlled grasping and placing
  • High-capacity lithium battery delivering over four hours at full load, plus rapid battery swapping to meet 24-hour shift cycles
  • Sensors: LiDAR and depth cameras embedded in the head, wrists and chassis for a 360° perceptual field
  • Compute: domestic Digua S100P and S600 series chips — not NVIDIA
  • Software: a Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model linking perception, decision-making and motion control

What is not public yet

UBTech has not published the Cruzr Y1’s height, weight, payload, DoF count, price or delivery date, and as of the check on July 28, 2026 there is no Cruzr Y1 product page or news item on the official ubtrobot.com site — everything above comes from launch coverage. The price field on this page is therefore left empty.
